JLS Land Company is dedicated to the restoration and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate.
Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, JLS Land Co. is focused on the renovation of unusable structures that provide little to no value to their surrounding communities. JLS Land Co. is committed to the construction of energy efficient buildings that are both environmentally friendly and financially more efficient.
Current Projects
JLS currently has exciting projects in both the Washington, D.C. and Pittsburgh, PA areas.
We are currently renovating a duplex 15 minutes outside of Washingotn D.C. and an 8.5 acre site on Neville Island, which is 15 minutes outside of Pittsburgh, PA. For the latest information on these projects, click on the links below.
