Established in early 2008, JLS Land Company LLC is a relatively new company dedicated to the restoration and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate. Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, JLS Land Co. is focused on the renovation of unusable structures that provide little to no value to their surrounding communities.

In the process of rejuvenating older sites, JLS Land Co. is committed to the construction of energy efficient buildings that are both environmentally friendly and financially more efficient. We currently follow the United States Green Building Council’s set of standards listed in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) criteria.
